Innovative Dual-Stage Gain Circuit
Under the hood, the MT-2 employs an innovative analog circuit design to realize its rich, heavy voice. MT-2 pedal utilizes two gain stages in series: first stage for mid-focused clarity, feeding into second stage for aggressive character. Carefully tuned pre- and post-distortion filtering (seven total stages) ensures that the tone is tight and well-defined at every setting, with no mud or flub whatsoever.
Shapeshifter
MT-2 pedal offers extensive tone shaping, from chugging rhythms to bold, cutting sounds, surpassing analog drive pedals' capabilities. Knobs adjust post-distortion levels by ±15 dB, tailoring tones to the guitar and amp or creating entirely new sounds. MT-2 pedal offers midrange control from 200 Hz to 5 kHz, allowing precise adjustment of the guitar's critical tonal band.
