About this item

• Gibraltar 5709 5000 Series Medium Double-Braced Boom Cymbal Stand is designed for drummers who need dependable cymbal support together with flexible positioning for practice, rehearsal, recording, and live performance. Its medium-weight configuration provides a practical balance between stability and portability.
• The double-braced tripod foundation provides a secure base during active playing, helping compatible cymbals remain supported while the drummer performs repeated hits, accents, fills, and dynamic passages. The format is suitable for students, hobbyists, gigging musicians, studio players, and touring drummers.
• The boom arm provides additional reach so cymbals can be placed in positions that suit the drummer's technique, drum layout, cymbal selection, and available space. This makes the stand useful for straightforward setups as well as more customized cymbal arrangements.
• Height and boom positioning adjustments allow musicians to establish a comfortable playing arrangement for different players and kits. The stand can be used in home studios, rehearsal spaces, music schools, recording rooms, worship venues, stages, and touring environments.
• Gibraltar 5709 is a versatile 5000 Series boom cymbal stand for drummers who want dependable support, useful adjustment, flexible cymbal placement, and practical handling. It is a strong hardware option for regular acoustic drum performance and professional setup requirements.
